If in 2021 a top proves to be an absolute It piece prevailed, then probably the “Maddy” top by Khaite. Thanks to HM we also have a cheap alternative in 2022, the dem Influencer Favorites visually in no way inferior. The affordable variant looks confusingly similar to the original.

The “Maddy” model costs around 1,000 euros and was a fixture on our Instagram feeds last year, a must-have for every street style from casual to chic. And the hype about it never ends. For around 40 euros, H&M offers us a similar but affordable look rib knit featuring the signature heart shaped design at the décolleté. And this so-called sweetheart neckline is exactly the twist that takes the simple it-piece to the next level.
Fashionistas who style the top in many different ways simply cannot get enough of this sight. At Influencers we have seen many styles in this regard. They styled the top with low rise dad pants, for example Chunky boots and an elegant bag combined. A Oversized blazer rounded it all off.

The feminine touch of H&M’s it-piece really offers a lot of scope for experiments and contrasts. Accordingly, you can combine the cheap top with a midi skirt and heels, but just as good with baggy jeans and plain white sneakers. Or you can wear leggings underneath knee high boots on retro. The exciting mix of ribbed knit and (faux) leather cannot be surpassed when it comes to coolness – so here we rely on the combination of the tight-fitting sweater in light beige and casual, straight-cut trousers in black with a matching wide jacket.
